HARDNESS OF WORKING LAYERS: Hardness depends upon the stand no. & end-use of rolls. We provide the accurate hardness as per of roll for Angle, Square, Round, CTD, Bar & Flat etc. as per your order.
After manufacturing the rolls, we test the hardness of the roll with Scientific Methods of hardness testing.
DEPTH OF CHILLED LAYERS: Chill depth can be increased if required and should be specified while placing order.
SHAFT FITTING METHOD: WE are using the shaft of MS (Mild Steel), EN-8, EN-9 (Tested Material) & Axel as per your order. Our shaft fitting method is through micrometer which is highly accurate and scientific.
